What is a mini bolster useful for?

A mini bolster is effectively a more comfortable yoga block and can be used for almost everything you would use a yoga block for.

You can use a mini bolster in lots of different ways, from supporting holds in yoga postures to getting comfy when laid in savasana. Some of my favourites are:

• Under your knees in a forward fold
• Laid down with a mini bolster running between your shoulder blades for a gentle chest stretch
• Supporting your bottom in pigeon
• Under your neck in savasana to encourage a chin tuck

• Filled with organic buckwheat hulls, they move with the curves of the body to support you in whatever position you are in, encouraging relaxation and surrender of the body whether on the sofa or on the mat.
• Designed to be more comfortable than a block, a versatile prop to support your practice.
• Our covers are removable for washing and the inner has a zip for your to replenish the buckwheat hull filling.

Every order is wrapped in recycled tissue paper making it perfect as a self care treat for yourself or as a gift for a yoga practicing friend or someone looking for some calm in their life. Add a gift note at checkout if you would like to send direct to a loved one.

• Bolster covers are made in the UK by Georgie. By manufacturing this way we minimise waste through careful lay planning and restocking when necessary rather than holding excess stock

• Packaging used to send out is recyclable and produced from either sustainable or recycled sources

• Cool hand wash. Turn inside out before washing. Please be aware fading may occur.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Air dry in shade to prevent fading.
• Cool iron on reverse
