What support will a mini bolster bring to my yoga practice?

Filled with organic buckwheat hulls this Yogipod mini bolster is the perfect accompaniment to your practice. More portable and easier to take to class than their larger sibling they are a great way to support the body.

You can use a mini bolster in lots of different ways, from replacing a yoga block to getting comfy when laid in savasana. Some of my favourites are:

• Under your knees in a forward fold
• Laid down with a mini bolster running between your shoulder blades for a gentle chest stretch
• Supporting your bottom in pigeon
• Under your neck in savasana to encourage a chin tuck

• Our covers are removable for washing and the inner has a zip for your to replenish the buckwheat hull filling.

• Packaging used to send out is recyclable and produced from either sustainable or recycled sources

• Cool hand wash. Turn inside out before washing. Please be aware fading may occur.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Air dry in shade to prevent fading.
