What will a meditation cushion help with in my yoga practice?

A meditation cushion will help you to sit comfortably on the ground. This could be useful for seated yoga postures, breathwork practices and meditation.

• The subtly curved and sloped shape will tilt the pelvis into a more comfortable position for sitting.
• The organic buckwheat hull filling moves with the weight of your body helping the cushion really mould to you
• By lifting the hips above the knees it can help to relieve pressure while seated cross legged

A perfect prop for seated yoga poses, breathwork practices or meditation. They even work perfectly as a cushion for savasana or replacing a yoga block.

Designed to be beautiful as well as supportive this hand block printed meditation cushion is handmade by Georgie, Yogipod founder, in her Oxfordshire studio from fabric hand block printed by a cluster of artisan workshops in Jaipur.

• Air dry in shade to prevent fading.
