This block printed yoga bolster not only promises to support your body in your yoga practice but to do it beautifully. Made in the UK from fabric hand block printed in Jaipur the Tiled Lattice pattern adds a bold pop of colour to your yoga mat or sofa.

Designed to support restorative yoga, relaxation postures and meditation its firm buckwheat hull filling and cylindrical shape moulds to your body for the perfect level of comfort.

How does a yoga bolster make yoga more relaxaing?

A yoga bolsters main job is to support your body. This means that yoga postures feel more accessible and rather than pushing deeper into those poses you can soften the body instead. This usually goes hand in hand with a softened and lengthened breath which in turn soothes the nervous system.

  • Filled with organic buckwheat hulls, they move with the curves of the body to support you in whatever position you are in, encouraging relaxation and surrender of the body whether on the sofa or on the mat.
  • Designed to be great for those with a love of restorative yoga or for taking some time to unwind.
  • Our covers are removable for washing and the inner has a zip for your to replenish the buckwheat hull filling.
