Welcome the returning light with a day of movement, nature connection, creativity and rest. This Spring Equinox retreat blends yoga, mindful walking and a gentle craft practice using natural, seasonal materials.  Inviting you to attune to early spring’s sense of renewal and possibility.

Our yoga practices during the day will help you to invite that fresh spring energy in whilst still honouring the nourishment our bodies need after the quieter, cooler months. We will be getting outside for a walk in nature, taking the time to connect with each other as well as the flora and fauna around us. Our pace will be slow and gentle so that we have the time to truly notice our surroundings, something that can often seem a luxury.

Nourishment will also be prevalent in our seasonal, plant based lunch eaten together in community.

Our day retreats are always an invitation to ground, rest and connect with yourself and others whilst honouring the changing rhythms of the season.
