Description
The ideal festive treat for the yoga lover, your friend who wants to take some time for themselves or those who need a little nudge in that direction. The Unwind Gift Bundle is the one to dive into of an evening or to plan a weekend of slowing down with.
As with all Yogipod props the mini yoga bolster and eye pillow in this bundle are made from fabric that is hand block printed in small artisan workshops just outside Jaipur in India. The covers themselves are then made in our Oxfordshire studio by myself, Georgie, the Yogipod founder.
If you’ve not experienced savasana with an eye pillow then it is a game changer, by using across the eyes the gentle weight not only blocks out light but also helps to tone the vagus nerve through a reaction called the oculocardiac reflex. This in turn helps you to relax, not only at the end of a yoga class but also perfect for winding down at the end of the day.
Our mini yoga bolsters are a great addition to that savasana, either supporting the neck or running down the middle of the spine.

Eye pillows are a gorgeous addition to any yoga practice, whether it be in savasana or used within a gorgeous restorative practice, once you’ve tried one you’ll never go back. Our eye pillows are handmade in the UK from fabric hand block printed in Rajasthan. They are filled with linseed and left unscented so you can use your own calming scents on them making your eye pillow completely unique.
