Golden Thread Breath – Introducing you to Golden Thread breath, a pranayama (breath practice) that I find really helpful when I’m feeling anxious, ungrounded and a little all over the place. Focusing on the exhale it helps to drop you back into your body and can help to come back to the rest and digest part of nervous system.
A quick breath practice to start your day with – As we are all spending more time at home and a lot are working from home I though a grounding breath practice to start the day would be useful. Perfect for post-breakfast and pre-work to get the day started
