I have enjoyed using my bolster in my yoga practice . It gives me firm support and I use it in my home practice and as a support pillow for everyday use . Speedy delivery and beautiful colour , and patterned material . Thank you so much Georgie . My new props have added comfort , calm and joy to my practice .

The fabric is lovely, the cover is beautifully made and the bolster has added an extra dimension to the relaxation element of my yoga practice.
