I offer private one to one yoga classes in hatha, vinyasa, gentle yoga and prenatal (pregnancy) yoga.

Private yoga classes let the focus be on you, your experience and your body and mind. Often more informal than a class setting there is a chance for dialogue between student and teacher and an exploration of the body which just isn’t possible in a public class.
Classes will be tailored to your ability or any goal you may have by working with you and discovering your goals. This means we can delve deeper into your practice and see results quicker and more clearly. If you are experiencing an injury or condition within your body a private class is a wonderful setting to make your practice more comfortable.
The venue can be your own home or at a convenient location for both of us. Timings are flexible as classes will be scheduled around the other commitments in your life. Private yoga classes are perfect to deepen your own practice weekly or less often whatever suits you.
As well as one to one classes I can offer small group lessons of up to three people too. This is perfect way to get together with friends and family and organise yoga at a time to suit you all.
All props and mats are provided. All you need to do is wear something comfy and let me know the time and the place
Prices start from £45/hr. I currently have space in my diary for new clients in both Oxford and the surrounding area and Maidstone, Kent.
