Within these Terms and Conditions the term “Teacher” refers to Georgina Davies or any other teacher that has been agreed on to teach in place of Georgina Davies or Yogipod. The term “Client” refers to the individual that has booked a class.
Online Class Terms and Conditions
Prices and Payment
- Prices are subject to change and will always be advertised. Should there be any query please do contact on hello@yogipod.co.uk
- Online classes are run on a sliding price scale, please pick the option that suits your needs best
- Payment will either be taken through PayPal or Stripe and will be subject to their terms and conditions
Booking
- All online classes require pre booking through www.yogipod.co.uk
- If there is not a space available online please contact to be put on the waiting list
Arrival Times
- Please arrive promptly for your online session, 5-10 minutes before the class starts. Unfortunately late comers will not be admitted and will not be able to be refunded.
Waiting lists
- If the class is full contact hello@yogipod.co.uk to be put on the waiting list and when there is a cancellation the client will be notified by email and put on the class.
Cancellation
- Prebooked classes need to be cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled class start time. Any cancellations after this point or no shows will not be refunded.
- Cancellations before the 2 hour cut off point will be fully refunded

In Person Class Terms and Conditions
Prices

- For classes run directly by Yogipod/Georgina Davies payment can be taken either via card or cash. A small amount of change will be available but exact change would be appreciated if paying via cash.
Booking
- Please do endeavour to book a space for classes run by Yogipod so you know that there will be a space for you. This can be done via email or booking through the website.
- Space for drop ins is normally available but it cannot be guaranteed
Waiting lists
- If the class is full contact hello@yogipod.co.uk to be put on the waiting list and when there is a cancellation the client will be notified by email and put on the class.
Classes taught by Yogipod at studios
- For studio run classes Yogipod will endeavour to have the correct prices and booking information. This should always be confirmed with the studio hosting the class
- Please refer to the terms and conditions of the individual studios for the terms and conditions that relate to the hosted classes
Arrival Times
- Classes run by Yogipod and taught at studios will start at the advertised time. Please arrived 5-10 mins early so as not to disturb other students and to be able to have a chat with the teacher should it be needed
Cancellation

One to One Class Terms and Conditions – Online and In Person
Price and Payment
- Price for a one to one or small group class will be agreed with the client at the time of initial enquiry and booking of the first session. This price is subject to change but any changes will be notified in advance
- Payment is to be made by bank transfer, the details of which will be confirmed on the invoice
Booking
- Booking will be communicated between teacher and client to find a mutually convenient time.
- The first class will be booked as a one off and be paid for prior to the class. Should the client wish to continue with classes then a block of 4 classes will be booked and paid for at once. This block booking can be changed and amended in line with the cancellation and amendment policy.
- Block bookings of four classes are valid from point of payment for 3 months and need to be used within this time period.
Cancellation and Amendment
- When rescheduling a class notice needs to be given of the cancellation or amendment 24 hours before the scheduled session
- If cancellation or amendment is requested with less notice than 24 hours then a refund cannot be given or rescheduling cannot take place. This class will be lost from the block booking.
Arrival Times and Time Booked
- If the one to one class is being taught online please arrive promptly for your online session, 5-10 minutes before the class starts.
- If the one to one class is being taught in the clients home the client needs to ensure they are ready for the class to start on time. The teacher will arrive 5-10 minutes before start time for any discussions required.
- If the one to one class is being taught in a mutually convenient location please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class time.
- If the client is late to the class without prior communication agreed by the teacher the class will still finish at the scheduled time, no additional time will be added to class to accommodate the late arrival
- In any setting your teacher will arrive slightly before the start time for any discussions that need to take place. The class itself will run for the agreed scheduled time regardless of disruptions/ late starting.

General Terms and Conditions
Harassment and Discrimination
- Yogipod classes aim to be a safe and inclusive place for all to practice yoga, regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexuality, body type, ability or experience. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding any type of verbal, physical or sexual harassment.
- Anyone found exhibiting these types of behaviours will be asked to leave the class and will have any future classes cancelled. Payment for any classes, workshops, passes or events will not be refunded. The decision to remove a client from a class and/or the studio can be made by the teacher at any time.
Limitation of Liability
When you sign up to and attend a class led by Yogipod/Georgina Davies you acknowledge and accept the following:
You understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body and ask for support from the teacher. If your medical condition changes you will always communicate this to the teacher.
