Heart Opening Restorative Yoga with Eve & Keel – Stretching through the upper body, moving the shoulders and lengthening the breath, this practice is all about bringing openness and softness into the heart and the upper chest. What you’ll need: – Bolster or a couple of bed pillows folded in half – Blocks or large books – Eye Pillow or scarf – Something super comfy to wear

Grounding Restorative Yoga – Take the time to slow down – Sometimes we just need to take the time to slow down and ground. This restorative class does just that with a few slow movements to start and then three restorative poses using props. Make sure you are nice and cosy and get ready to slow down. The props you will need: a bolster – or a couple of pillows wrapped in a blanket to make a cylinder a couple of blocks – or a couple of thick books or cushions
