At the end of January, after a busy couple of weeks prepping, I had the absolute pleasure of popping up in John Lewis Oxford, bringing our yoga props to the shop floor. Through The Great British Exchange Yogipod was able to set up a pop up stand for the whole of the week on the Ground Floor of the store in Westgate. It was an absolute privilege to see my hand printed, hand made items in such a stalwart of the British high-street. I had absolutely no idea what to expect from the experience but it was a lovely week to connect with new people and tell them the brand story. Not only did it result in some new lovers of the brand but it was lovely to meet and chat to previous customers, supporters and friends.
As a brand that normally lives online it was lovely to see so much of the range all together, I think you’ll agree it really makes all the prints pop when you see them together like this. It was great to get feedback from customers and to see what you were all loving in real life. As ever the Filigree Flower Bolster in Blue was a firm favourite as well as the Tiled Lattice cushions, the new One Breath at a Time Vest and the magical eye pillows in all prints.
If you popped in over the week it was lovely to see you and if you didn’t manage to don’t worry I’ve got some festival events in the pipeline in the summer and you never know, maybe another John Lewis in the future.
